Images

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ marginally from the actual product. Whilst every care is taken to represent items accurately, due to individual settings of the customer’s computer and monitor, and taking into account the variable nature of crystals (for example, daylight versus artificial lighting), actual colours may appear different to those shown on the site.

Authenticity

  • All branded items provided by Crystalled by Jane are genuine products obtained from reputable merchants.
  • All Swarovski crystals are genuine; sourced and traceable from a Swarovski Authorized Retailer.

Order Confirmation

  • Work on bespoke/personalised items will not commence until written confirmation of the exact nature of the work required has been received from the client.

Sample Service

  • Samples from the full Swarovski flatback range can be sent out on request. A small fee may be levied.

Payment

  • All prices are in GPB £ Sterling and do not include P&P/shipping unless otherwise stated.
  • Ready-made orders will not be dispatched, nor work commence on customised orders, until full payment has been received.

Posting Items to Crystalled by Jane

  • On agreement of an order, clients will dispatch the items at their own expense to Crystalled by Jane.
  • Items remain your responsibility until they reach Crystalled by Jane. It is strongly recommended that a tracking/signed-for postal service is used as Crystalled by Jane cannot be liable for any items lost in transit on their way from the client.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders for ready-made items may be cancelled via email or phone at any time before the item is dispatched. If the item has been dispatched then it must be returned in accordance with the Refunds and Returns Policy.
  • Orders for bespoke items may be cancelled with no penalty by email up to 24 -hours after client confirmation of the work has been received. Thereafter, a financial penalty may be levied commensurate with the amount of work/outlay undertaken on the client’s behalf. Completed bespoke/custom orders cannot be cancelled and payment in full is required.

Refunds and Returns

  • Ready-made non-personalised items may be returned for refund or exchange up to 14 days from delivery, provided they are unused/unworn and in their original packaging. A deduction for original postage fees may be made.
  • Made-to-order, personalised and bespoke work is not eligible for refund unless there is a fault in the crystal embellishment workmanship or the client’s instructions have not been followed.
  • You will be advised when your item has been dispatched. Any claims against failure of delivery should be made within 28 days of the date of dispatch.

Order processing time

  • Most items from Crystalled by Jane are handmade to order. If an item is in stock, it is generally dispatched within 3 working days. Made-to-order items and bespoke items will generally be dispatched within 3 weeks. On rare occasion there may be a further delay – in these instances the customer will be kept informed as to the reason for the delay and offered alternatives where appropriate.
  • It may be possible to accommodate a ‘rush-job’ so please advise if there are time constraints. An additional fee may be levied in such instances.

Shipping

  • Orders from UK and international customers are welcomed.
  • UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Signed-For services which require a signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided for customers to track their order.
  • International orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed Service, requiring a signature upon delivery. There is the option to upgrade your shipping to Courier at checkout if preferred.
